MANUAL ULTRASONIC CUTTING

Manual ultrasonic cutting is used to simultaneously cut and weld synthetic or semi-synthetic fabrics, with either straight or curved sections, preventing fraying of any kind.

Low ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Manual ultrasonic cutting is a very low energy technology; no time is required to heat up or clean the blade, while nonetheless ensuring accurate and consistent cutting without scalding or imperfections.

These manual cutting systems use ultrasonic frequencies of differing intensities, and are used in combination with generators (which are also ultrasonic) for different types of cutting, given they can slide freely along a track.

Cutting and welding occurs simultaneously, thus eliminating the need for repetitive processes to prevent fraying or the aesthetic deterioration of products.
